If you share contact information with us or use web forms, you consent to our contacting you about scheduling, reminders, or practice updates. Standard message and data rates may apply. Email and messaging over the internet may not be fully secure. Please avoid sending sensitive health information through unsecured channels.

6) Appointments, Patient Portal & Third-Party Services

We may provide links to scheduling tools, patient portals, payment processors, or other third-party services (“Linked Services”). These services are operated by their own companies, and their terms and privacy policies apply. We are not responsible for the content, security, or availability of Linked Services.

7) User Content (Reviews, Messages, Submissions)

If the Site allows you to submit reviews, feedback, or other content (“User Content”): Share only content you have the right to share. Do not post personal health information about yourself or others. Do not post unlawful, threatening, harassing, defamatory, hateful, or obscene content; spam; or advertising.
